Is Cutverse really free?
Yes. Every feature is free. The app shows occasional ads — for example after an export — which keeps it free for everyone.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Editing, effects, AI tools and export all work offline. The only exception is the captions model, which is downloaded once (about 474 MB) from the App Store or Google Play the first time you create captions. After that, captions work offline too.
Are my videos uploaded anywhere?
No. Your photos, videos and recordings are processed on your phone and never sent to our servers. See the privacy policy for details.
Which phones are supported?
Cutverse runs on iPhones with iOS 15 or newer and on Android phones with Android 7.0 or newer. AI captions and 4K export are fastest on newer devices.
